Off Season Cancellation and No show Policy: April 17th, 2006 – December
20, 2006
And April 17th, 2007 – December 11, 2007
• Cancellations received in writing three (3) days or more prior
to arrival will not incur a penalty fee.
• Cancellations received in writing within three (3) days of arrival
will be charged a one (1) night cancellation fee.
• No shows will incur a three (3) nights penalty fee.
Christmas/ New Year Cancellation and No Show policy.
December 20, 2006 – January 5, 2007
• Cancellations received in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival
will not incur a penalty fee.
• Cancellations received in writing 30 days or less prior to arrival
and no shows will be charged the entire stay
Season Cancellation and No show Policy:
January 5, 2007 – April 16, 2007
• Cancellations received in writing seven (7) days or more prior
to arrival will not incur a penalty fee.
• Cancellations received in writing within seven (7) days of arrival
or no shows will be charged 50% of stay.

In 1997 I made the decision to move to St. Martin, a small territory of France located in the beautiful Caribbean.
Since my arrival I have had the good fortune to reside
on what is known as the best beach of St. Martin, “Orient Bay”.
Everything you dream of for a perfect Caribbean spot is right here on
Orient Beach : turquoise blue waters, relaxing under an umbrella, windsurfing,
kite surfing and jet skiing are only a few of the pleasures that await
you along with the famous French restaurants.
For 4 years I had the opportunity to manage the Palm Court Hotel and this
place is remarkable. It is ideally located with only a 2 minute walk to
Orient Beach and less than 1 minute to the grocery store and restaurants.
I have been fortunate enough to purchase some of the units within the
hotel and now I would like to share this fabulous place with you.
